Returns Policy.

Mimi Wohlberg Studio is committed to your enjoyment of our artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be sent using a tracked service. Refunds will be issued once the returned artwork has been received by us.

Damages and Significant Delays.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@mimiwohlbergstudio.com. We will ask you to provide photographs so we can assess the damage. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge.

We also offer refunds if an order is significantly delayed in transit. Please note that postage delays considered within the normal range will not qualify for a refund, and what constitutes a significant delay is determined at our discretion.

In cases of damage or significant delay, we may request that the original artwork be returned to us for disposal. Return shipping in these instances will be covered by Mimi Wohlberg Studio, and any applicable refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.
