Returns Policy.
Mimi Wohlberg Studio is committed to your enjoyment and love of artwork. If, for any reason whatsoever, within 7 days of receipt of your artwork you decide you don’t like it, you can return it for a full refund. However, you will have to pay to ship it back to us with a service that provides tracking for the artwork. Refunds will be withheld until the returns are received by us.
Damages and Significant Delays.
In the unlikely event the product arrives to your customer damaged, please contact our customer support at info@mimiwohlbergstudio.com. We will always ask you for pictures to asses the damage. Once the damaged has been assessed, will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at info@mimiwohlbergstudio.com.
We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds will be withheld until the returns are received by us.
